How to play Toot Together
Toot Together is a free co-op party game for your browser. Up to four hippos share one inflatable raft, and the only way to move it is to toot. Each hippo pushes the raft away from its own butt, so everyone's toots add up, and one bad toot ruins it for everyone.

Play solo
One hippo, the whole rim to yourself. Learn the rivers and chase the gold medals.
Couch party
Up to 4 hippos on one screen: two on the keyboard, the rest on gamepads.
Online with friends
Create a room, send the room code or the link, and up to 4 friends share your raft.
Race
2–4 rafts race down the same river, up to 16 hippos in one room. First raft over the line wins.
The rules
Move your hippo
Hold A/D to walk around the rim, W/S to hop to the front or back, or point the stick where you want to stand. In a crew, each hippo owns its own coloured slice of the rim. Its butt points outward, so a toot pushes the raft the opposite way.
Toot to move
Hold Space / A / RT to toot. Every hippo's toot pushes the same raft, so one wrong toot ruins it for everyone.
Burst
Tap Shift / X for a big emergency blast. Costs a chunk of gas.
Gas tank
Tooting drains your gas. Run dry and you'll wheeze until it refills — stop for a sec to recharge.
Toot sync
Two or more hippos tooting the same way at the same moment get a rainbow speed boost. Count it in: 3, 2, 1, TOOT!
Snacks
Beans = turbo. Chili = endless fire farts. Prune = you can't stop. The hippo closest to the snack eats it.
Rivers & medals
Eight rivers, each wilder than the last. Finish one to unlock the next, and beat the clock for bronze, silver and gold.
Racing
Online, a room can race 2–4 rafts. You land on a raft (one tap switches), press Y when you're ready, and the start gate drops on GO. Bump rivals, toot them into trouble, and get there first.
Spikes pop, edges drop
Anything spiky pops the raft. No walls? Don't fall off. You respawn at the last checkpoint — and the game remembers who caused it.

On the couch, player 2 uses the arrow keys and Enter, and every gamepad joins with A.

Questions
Is Toot Together free?
Yes. It is free to play, with no ads, accounts or downloads.
Do I need to download anything?
No. It runs in any recent browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, on a phone, tablet or computer.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. Turn your phone sideways: drag on the left to move, and hold TOOT on the right. You can also add it to your home screen.
How many people can play?
One to four hippos per raft. Online races take up to four rafts, so 16 friends can play in one room.
How do I play with friends online?
Pick Create room, choose a river, and share the room code or invite link. Friends open the link or type the code under Join.
Is it like Fart Together?
It is inspired by it: a crew shares one raft and moves it by tooting, so everyone has to agree on where to go.
